TherapyFit Treatments was set up in 2019 and was operating out of JD Gyms in Birmingham where the therapist was also a certified Personal Trainer. The aim of the clinic was to help individuals through pain and injury, and to help resolve issues where possible upon the first treatment.

Our founders and directors have previously worked in healthcare for over 2 decades and after personal struggles with injuries TherapyFit was born. It was during 2020 when covid hit and that gyms closed down we moved into our own premises in the Jewellery quarter. Since that time we have enhanced our skillset by gaining extra qualifications and now we provide a wide range of services to help people with all types of issues.

This clinic is led by a fully qualified ITEC level 5 male therapist and personal trainer Bal Sidhu and is providing treatment options for both the male and female population.
