Even took some time out and sat down to have some food with us. It is not just all about goat, has other meats on the menu too, a must try place in the Jewellery quarter, guaranteed you will not be disappointed.

We got our official level 4 Sports Massage certificates just before we broke up for the Christmas festive period and for the start of 2023. Thank you for the early Xmas present @sports_massage_academy
The new year brings with it new goals and we have already enrolled onto our Dry Needling and Medical Acupuncture courses with @sports_massage_academy and are currently in the process of time tabling all the other courses we plan on doing this year. We are excited for what 2023 holds, especially for our patients and the new services we will be introducing to help people.

Level Up!

It’s been a hard slog over the last 5 months, but we finally graduated from our Level 4 sports therapy massage course today (cheeky celebration meal pictured here).
The level 3 previously was hard and upon finishing we thought we knew a lot, boy were we mistaken. The level 4 takes things to the next level and expands your knowledge and allows for treatments of a wide range of conditions and symptoms. The @sportsmassageacademy have been awesome and are truly the best provider of these qualifications. Thank you @alex_hall_sma @ursell73. We are looking forward to developing our career even further with them and will be scheduling more courses and CPD to take place in 2023. Planning starts tomorrow so watch this space.
